"All paths lead to the ultimate truth: to recognize our divinity."
If today you decide to live in your truth, your heart, your center, you may accidentally stumble upon the beauty and magic that is inevitably hiding in every moment... and you may find yourself laughing about the radiance that is lying underneath the blanket of fear. Lift up that cover and let yourself giggle hysterically with the giddiness you find inside. For this blanket is just a protection, that if you choose to let go... will lift away, and you may find yourself naked with excitement about the joy that is waiting patiently inside you within your truth, your heart, your center of who you really are.

Corinne is a (proud) Colorado native who has "lived and learned' in many other parts of the world - including England, Japan, India, Laos and Thailand. Before she explored other lands, she started doing yoga here in Colorado in 1995. Her first experience as an instructor was in Japan from 2004-05. In 2006, she received instructor certification in Hatha and Ashtanga at Vishwa Yoga Darshan in the Sahyadri mountains, near Nasik, India. As an instructor, she wants her students to feel like they can share their strengths & weaknesses openly with her, without any fear of judgment. Corinne believes students are their own teachers in yoga - and she is only there to guide in the search for unity between body & mind. Visit Corinne's website, Yogafied
